Most of us were taught to navigate life through the physical logical and visible. You might feel that your pain, patterns and roadblocks are pointing to something deeper you're right. Sometimes our soul gets weighted down by fear, trauma, conditioning and past -life residue.   

At our essence, we are spiritual being navigate a human experience. When we align with our soul's path, life flows with harmony and ease. But when we drift from alignment, everything can feel heavy, chaotic or out of balance. It's often a sign that something inside is asking to be seen, healed, and realigned

I am Social Worker and certified Spiritual Hypnotherapist, and I hold space for those who are ready to meet themselves and a soul level.  Through a blend of spiritual and therapeutic hypnosis techniques, I help you access the wisdom beneath the surface to the root of the block, the origin of the wound, the forgotten truth of who you are.
